Terms of use

By creating an account or playing Level Ten online, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the online features.

Your account

• One person per account. Keep your password to yourself.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live says so.
• Pick a username that isn't offensive and doesn't pretend to be staff or someone else. We may rename or remove accounts that break this.

Play fair, chat nice

Backstabbing in the game is encouraged. Out of the game, it isn't. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten or insult other players, or post hateful content.
• Cheat, use exploits, bots or modified clients to gain an edge.
• Throw matches or team up to ruin other players' games on purpose.
• Spam, advertise, or share other people's personal information.
• Attack, overload or try to break into our servers.

Moderation

Players can report each other. Moderators review reports and chat logs and may warn, mute or suspend accounts, for a while or for good. Several chat reports in a short time can mute a player automatically for an hour. If you think we got it wrong, contact us.

The game

Level Ten is free to play and provided as it is. It's in active development, so things will change, break and get fixed. Ratings, unlocks and saves may be adjusted or reset, for example at the end of a test period. Your account has no cash value.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost progress, downtime, or anything other players say or do.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes matter, we'll tell you on the website or in the game before they apply.
